STAGING CONSULTATIONS

We walk through the home identifying the most cost effective ways to present your home as strongly as possible. This is a to-do list before your photo session and listing on the market.

$200 – 60-minute consultation fee

OCCUPIED STAGING

For maximize impact and to really STAND OUT in the market, we come back after the to-do list is completed and arrange furniture, artwork and decor to complete the transformation, turning their house into someone’s dream home. We use as much of the homeowner’s items as possible, but will bring our own inventory to further enhance the property, showing it off to it’s fullest potential!
We take the stress out of a stressful situation, and restyle your home to get the most money in the shortest amount of time.

Varies based on the size of the home and scope of the project. We work with the homeowner’s budget in mind and will prioritize accordingly. An estimate will be included in the staging report after initial consultation.
